This team deals with the managerial sections of the show. As you can see from the list below however, this covers far more than just filling out paperwork and making phone calls!
Members in this team deal with all sorts of support roles, organizing the Auditions, communications throughout the rehearsal period and in the theatre including notices, newsletters and the good old paperwork.
The Catering team make sure the entire Gang have all the sustenance they need to get through each rehearsal and show. They organise the main meals for all-day and all-weekend rehearsals, as well as snacks and beverages for break times.
Front of House
Front of House are responsible for managing the entrance to the theatre. This includes preparation of the promotional displays and, of course, helping people find their seats.
HospitalityFrom time to time we receive VIP's and special visitors, and it's surprising how many there are !
Looks after our special guests and ensures they have an enjoyable evening.
Personnel keep tabs on all the movement of people in and around rehearsals and the theatre. If you need to find any member of the Gang at any given point, chances are that Personnel will know where they are. During theatre season they also oversee first aid and some security duties.
Getting the exciting news about our show out to the general public is what Marketing is all about. The marketing team involves a wide variety of responsibilities, including preparation of posters, flyers, newspapers, radio ads, television presentations, maintaining our website, and any other out of the box ideas on how to promote our amazing show.
This team primarily is responsible for promoting the show to Scout and Guide Groups however if other organisations were to approach us ie Schools, Nursing Homes, Rotary Clubs in fact any group at all, we would be more than happy to come out and run a session to let them know what we are all about and organize a fantastic group booking to come along and see the finished product.
This team is the first point of contact for our Patrons. The selling of tickets and then keeping tabs on how many people are in the theatre for any one show is a huge responsibility. They ensure the ticket orders are processed, money collected and tickets distributed in a timely fashion so more people can enjoy the show.
